Instructor Heather Anderson uses a combination of teaching and hands-on experience to instruct students in acting basics, various acting techniques, and character interpretation. Students will participate in script reading, scene work, monologues, improvisation, and acting games. A special focus is placed on preparing students for successful auditions. Class recommended for grades 2-12. Students in kindergarten or first grade should read well prior to joining class, as there is a heavy emphasis on script reading.

Acting class for the spring semester will resume January 5 and meet Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m. The class meets for 32 weeks between September and May. Tuition is paid in eight $45 monthly installments, September-April, plus a $50 family registration fee.
