Director of Dance
Our purpose is to continue our twenty-year legacy of helping fine arts students pursue personal excellence in a Christ-centered environment.
We believe the arts are a gift from God, and our Christian instructors are committed to helping students develop their God-given abilities to use for His glory. Parents can rest, knowing their children are in a safe environment where music, costumes, scripts and other materials are prayerfully chosen. We incorporate hymns and worship music throughout our classes and performances, in addition to carefully-screened music from other genres.
At School of Fine Arts, we strive for excellence. Our faculty emphasizes the mastery of solid technique, which we believe is the best foundation on which students can advance in their art form. Furthermore, our small class sizes provide an environment where teachers know their students by name and can provide personalized feedback and encouragement.
We offer classes for ages 2 years and older in Creative Dance, Pre-Balllet, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, and Liturgical dance.
Classes for grades 2-12 teach students the basics of acting and help them prepare for auditions.
Musikgarten classes offered for preschoolers, Violin and Piano classes for elementary students, and private music lessons in for ages 6 and older.
Classes offered for grades K-6 allow students to create with a variety of art mediums. Art for older students is offered for ages 13-17.
Camps offered each summer for students ages 3 and up in all the fine arts as well as interest based camps like Legos, Super Hero Academy, and T.E.A.M. Academy.
All of our instructors hold at least a bachelor’s degree in their area of expertise and/or have considerable teaching and performance experience. Our faculty members have starred in ballets and plays, appeared in television commercials, and much more. Most importantly, they share a passion for teaching and sharing their gifts with their students.
